They are written for you as a registered account holder in Indonesia, not as outside commentary. If your situation involves a receipt, a device change, or a name mismatch, contact us with the account step and date.

Access depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. If your location, network, or documents show a restricted area, we may decline or pause account access until the legal position is clear.

Use your own legal name, matching your mobile wallet where possible. If your profile name and DANA, OVO, GoPay, or QRIS receipt name differ, we may ask for proof before wallet changes continue.
